Our Hiring Process Starts with Finding the Perfect Nanny
We care so you can be carefree! Our reputation so far has relied on the quality of our nannies and the care we take for our families.
We have run background checks on all our nannies, verifying their education, references, and certifications. Each nanny undergoes a rigorous interview process to assess their personality, ensuring they are a perfect match for the diverse needs of our families.
We frequently travel around Greece to regularly meet all nannies and partners. We offer workshops with nannies, island orientation, so we are able to advise our clients on the best things to do while in Greece.
This meticulous vetting process guarantees that you receive only the most qualified, trustworthy, and empathetic nannies for your children.

Our Nanny to Child Ratios
To ensure the highest quality of care and attention for your children, we adhere to the following nanny-to-child ratios:
- One nanny for two children under the age of 2 years.
- One nanny for three children over the age of 3 years.
- One nanny for four children over the age of 5 years.
By maintaining these ratios, we ensure that every child receives the individualised care and attention they deserve, promoting their safety, well-being, and development.
