The Beginning Of Our Journey
After the first five years of successful operations in the Alps with a fantastic team of nannies assisting skiing families, it was time to take it further to the homeland.
With an obvious gap in the market for reliable, personalised, high quality childcare service in Greece, Katia established KidsinGreece professional nanny services for families on holiday or at home.
Katia has over 30 years experience in Teaching and Teacher training in the UK. The standards of the service and the working ethos of the nannies are unparalleled.
Since 2007, Kidsingreece has been the leading childcare VIP agency covering first the Ionian islands, Athens, Crete and Rhodes, followed by the Aegean islands, the Dodecanese, and the recently added Cyprus.
Always aiming to provide childcare that she would choose for her own family, she went out and beyond to search for the best nannies in Greece. Starting from Corfu, her beloved island, and meeting nannies face to face, offering workshops, training and fun sessions, she was able to select the finest nannies across Greece.

In 2018, Christina joined as a partner with first hand experiences in Recruitment and Operations. Christina holds a degree in Psychology, and her experience was gained from various positions in London. Christina’s shared vision and passion for exceptional services, and organisational skills has led to the expansion of Kidsingreece to new destinations and a growing team.
Katia and Christina, KidsInGreece’ s dynamic duo, are deeply committed to maintaining close relationships with their nannies. Their nannies are the heart of the service! Each undergoes a rigorous recruitment process, including police and reference checks. They are qualified or with extensive experience, first-aided, and most are trained in Special Educational Needs (SEN). Kidsingreece pride themselves on selecting only the best candidates each year, maintaining the highest standards. They frequently travel across Greece and Cyprus to meet nannies and partners, staying updated with the latest trends. The team enjoys engaging in workshops, providing island orientations, sharing updates and having a good time together.
