Irene
Overview
My name is Irene and I am 28 years old. I work in the field of theatre as a director and theatre educator, and I also work as a nanny for children aged 2–7.
I studied Theatre Direction at the National Theatre of Greece and Theatre Theory at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Since 2018, I have been working alongside a special director, pioneer in children’s and teenagers’ theatre in Greece as her assistant, and as an external collaborator in theatre workshops for children and teenagers in schools across Attica and in underprivileged areas.
In addition, for the past three years, I have been working as a nanny in the afternoons with families from Greece and abroad.
I speak fluent English and have a very good level of Spanish. My approach to childcare focuses on creating a safe, supportive, and creative environment tailored to each child’s individual needs. I aim to nurture imagination and creativity through interactive games and simple, engaging learning activities. I often incorporate drawing, children’s books, and walks as tools for meaningful engagement and education. Above all, I strive to build honest and trustworthy relationships with both children and parents.
