Overview

I am an educator and childcare professional with eight years of experience as a Learning Support Assistant, babysitter and English teacher/tutor. Through these roles, I have worked with children of different ages and needs across home, educational, and holiday settings.

I provide safe, structured, and nurturing care while supporting children’s learning, confidence, and overall development. I am confident in managing daily routines such as meals, playtime, outings, homework, and bedtime, while creating an environment where children feel supported. I plan engaging activities that build creativity, communication, and social skills through arts and crafts, educational games, outdoor play, and hands-on learning, with a belief that children learn best through meaningful interaction and purposeful play. My approach is grounded in patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement, using calm communication to support children’s emotional wellbeing and help them build important skills and independence.

I am reliable, attentive, and highly adaptable. I like to build trusting relationships with children and parents alike. For me, the most rewarding part of this role is creating security and small wins a child can build on.
