Overview

My name is Demetra. I am a 26-year-old Greek nanny and teacher currently based in a small island in Cyclades. I hold a BA in Early Childhood Studies, and I have experience working with children from newborns to ten years old, both as a nanny and an educator. My academic background, combined with hands-on experience, has helped me develop a caring, patient, and responsible approach when working with children.

I speak Greek and English fluently, I am a non-smoker, I can drive, and am a confident swimmer, which can be especially helpful in a location like the Cyclades. I truly enjoy spending quality time with children and creating a safe, warm, and positive environment where they can feel comfortable and happy.

Some of the activities I love doing with children include playing creative games, reading books, sharing mealtimes, going for walks in nature, and, on occasion, swimming. I always try to keep children engaged through fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities that support their development and well-being.

For me, the most important part of babysitting is maintaining excellent communication with parents and building a relationship based on trust, honesty, and mutual respect. I also have plenty of excellent references from previous families, as well as a police check and first aid knowledge.
