Overview

My name is Anna, and I am a qualified kindergarten teacher with a Master’s degree in Special Education. I have over 10 years of experience working with children and am currently employed within a school setting. Alongside my teaching career, I have worked as both a nanny and travel nanny, caring for children from newborns through to 10 years of age.

I am passionate about creating positive, engaging experiences for children through play, creative activities, arts and crafts. I enjoy encouraging children’s imagination, listening to their ideas, and developing fun, age-appropriate activities based on their interests. Music and theatre are two of my particular passions, and I often incorporate singing, movement, storytelling, and dramatic play into activities to make learning both enjoyable and interactive.

My experience also includes organising children’s parties, messy play sessions, summer camp programmes, and seasonal activities for children of various ages. I enjoy spending time outdoors with children, including swimming, supervising safe water-based activities, and encouraging creative play such as building sandcastles and exploring nature.

One of my strengths is my ability to observe and understand each child’s unique personality, interests, and developmental needs, allowing me to tailor activities that are both engaging and enriching. Above all, I am a patient, caring, and responsible childcare professional who strives to create a warm, nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued, supported, and encouraged to learn through play, creativity, and exploration.

My extensive hands-on experience, combined with my academic background, has equipped me with a solid foundation to excel in these areas. I am a dedicated, compassionate, and highly capable professional, deeply committed to fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for every child under my care. I take great pride in fostering strong bonds not only with children but also with their families, ensuring open communication, trust, and collaboration.
